The Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee (UPCC) has restructured its legal department by appointing a fresh team of dedicated office-bearers across regional, divisional, district, and city levels. Endorsed by the All India Congress Committee (AICC), the revamped legal cell aims to amplify the party’s support and advocacy efforts, not only for party members but also for ordinary citizens seeking justice. Described as “Nyay Yoddhas” (justice warriors), the team emphasised grassroots engagement and legal empowerment, reflecting Congress’s commitment to strengthen public confidence in equitable governance and judicial fairness across communities.
